Our Process

Start With Your Bar

The process begins with our Bar Development Brief.

Tell us what you want to create—your nutritional targets, ingredients, flavor, texture, size, packaging and other product requirements.

Once the brief is received, Jake Jones reviews the information and contacts you if he has any questions or needs additional information.

  1. 1

    Formulation & Pricing

Using your Bar Development Brief as the starting point, Core Craft can create a formula and recipe based on your product requirements.

Once the recipe is developed, we price the bar based on that recipe, so you know the expected manufacturing cost before proceeding to a trial run.

If you already have a formula or recipe, we can begin with that instead.

    Trial Run

Once you approve the recipe and pricing, Core Craft can schedule a paid trial production run of as few as 2,000–3,000 bars.

The trial run allows you to evaluate the bar as actually produced on Core Craft's equipment.

After the trial, you can approve the product or make changes before moving into commercial production.

    Purchase Order & Commercial Manufacturing

Once the trial product is approved, you submit a purchase order and Core Craft schedules commercial production.

Commercial production runs can begin at approximately 10,000 bars, depending on the product and its requirements.

    Packaging & Finished Product

Your bars are packaged according to your product requirements and prepared for commercial distribution.
